This privacy policy explains how Chatterback Communitcations Ltd uses and looks after any information that you give us. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients, suppliers, employees, freelances and business contacts, and any personal and business details given to us are used only in accordance with this privacy statement. 

Any personal details we receive are used to provide our services and for legitimate interests of the business. We use details, such as those on business cards given to us, to have a follow-up conversation with someone we’ve already met in person. We never sell, rent or trade personal details, emails or data lists with other companies, businesses or organisations and we only pass on business contacts after receiving express permission from the person in question. 

We are committed to ensuring that your information is stored and handled securely. Anyone who gives us their personal data can request at any time that we delete some or all of it and we will comply within the time frame set out by General Data Protection Regulation.

Chatterback Communications uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service. We sometimes use cookies to inform, optimise and serve ads based on your past visits to our website.

Data security

​Chatterback Communications takes security of our client data seriously. We make sure that any third-party companies that we use for hosting, email services, IT support, payment processors, modules writers have a good basis of security.

We also make sure that any of your data is stored under lock and key, always password protected and is stored locked on off line backups. Data that is no longer needed is deleted, or if in hard copy is shredded and disposed of appropriately. 

We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page, and you’re welcome to check in to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from May 25 2018.
